It's Easy...
First of all, IPv6 means that you can have an almost unlimited number of IP addresses at your disposal. Secondly, due to DHCPv6 and IPv6 Stateless Auto-config, you won't necessarily need to do anything at your end to take advantage of IPv6.
Testing is on Plan
EasySpeedy has been running IPv6 for some time now - in an environment isolated from our customer network to test interoperability with our infrastructure.
It is looking very good so far, so good that we expect being able to deliver IPv6 addresses to you very soon.
Dual-stack environment
Most major operating systems already has production ready support for IPv6.
IPv6 was not introduced as a direct replacement for IPv4, rather the two address protocols were expected to co-exist for a significant period of time. This means that your operating system has two network protocol stacks, that can each be configured individually.
Our networks will run in a dual-stack or native IPv6 environment, where IPv6 is configured at equipment level, instead of using a tunnel to transfer IPv6 traffic over IPv4-only networks.
We are still contemplating on the addressing plans we will provide. But rest assured that you can have all the addresses you need.
More information on IPv6 can be found in our Knowledge base.
