No. We have no knowledge of your password and userid. When we release the server to you the hard disk is completely empty and nothing is installed. Your password and userid is entered by yourself and this information is stored onto your hard disk. This way no back-doors are established.

No. We own our data center, servers, equipment, and infrastructure and we are not Resellers. No services are outsourced and dealing with us you are always dealing with friendly staff employed by EasySpeedy.

Apart from having lots of bandwidth, we have a strong bandwidth policy that ensures that every customer get his fair share of our total amount of bandwidth. All EasySpeedy servers are located in Copenhagen, Denmark, a part of Europe's and Scandinavia's extremely powerful broadband infrastructures. Our top secure data center is certified in accordance with ETS 300019 class 3.1 Telecommunications Centers. Our network infrastructure is 100% redundant with multi-homed routers, A and B power feeds, UPS's and diesel generators.

From our side we are taking every measure to prevent unavailability while running a rendundant network and infrastructure. However, the entire nature of the Internet could cause unavailability not necessary related to our services. No matter where a problem would orignate we will work closely with you taking pride in providing you with the real story;

No. We have a very strong company policy that dictates that no customer should be favoured over others. This way you can be absolutely sure that you are paying the exact same amount of money for the same services. This concept is backed up by our automated provisioning systems.

You may leave at any time. In such case please mail us at account@easyspeedy.com and notifying your termination. Say, your monthly payment period goes from the 7th in one month to the 7th in the following month. In such case you may notify us at the 6th (one day before your recurring payment takes place) that you wish to leave. No further payments will apply, and you are free to go!

In case you need to leave us, we would be grateful if you would include the reason(s) why you are terminating. Please make sure that the 'From' email address is identical to your email address stated in your Control Center. Also please include your IP address for the safe identification of the server in question.

No. We don't believe in hidden fees ;-) You only pay your all-included monthly fee. No catches.

In the event you do not pay for whatever reason, we will send you warnings by email. If you keep silent towards our notifications, we will disconnect your server and eventually erase your disk and delete all data, without further notice. If you contact us explaining your problem we will in most cases work with you to solve your case.
