You have access to all available operating systems from your Remote Control Center. Simply hit a button and the (re)installation will be completed in less than 30 minutes including reboot.

A control panel is installed on your server. This is why a control panel only works if your server is online. The EasySpeedy Remote Control Center is not installed onto your server. It has its own powerful hardware including CPU, RAM, disks, operating system, LAN, and network connection. This is the reason why you can still access your server even if it is crashed.

We offer 3 different reboot options 24/7: a software reboot, a hardware reset, and a powerOFF/powerON feature.
You have access to the reboot options from your Control Center. Just hit a button and your server will perform your reboot choice automatically and instantly. Every reboot action will automatically create a mail which will hit your inbox.

You should install our Recovery tool (a linux minimal distro) into RAM and mount your hard disk. Now, your data can be moved to e.g. you own local client machine while you reinstall your operating system onto your EasySpeedy server. When the reinstallation has commenced successfully you can restore your data to your server. This would save you lots of time and work! The Recovery tool can be found in your Remote Control Center.

Yes. You have following options:

1. You can have 1 Control Center for all your servers.
2. You can have individual Control Centers for individual servers.
3. You can have more Control Centers with one or more servers.
4. You can move any and all servers between your Control Centers.

Using the Remote Control Center makes you independant of our support staff! Most trivial support issues that would normally require an on-site engineer can be solved remotely by yourself 24/7. Examples are; reboot, remote hardware reset, PXE boot, reinstallation of operating system, rescue of your data, and much more. You simply do the job yourself directly from your keyboard.

Yes. Please note that for your security and privacy your password will NOT be held on file in our internal systems. If you loose your password you will need to enter your Remote Control Center , mount your Recovery Tool section and resetting your password yourself.

No. However, we would recommend any control panel which would suit your needs. Feel free to install any control panel, as all control panels are compatible with your personal Remote Control Center.
