Ahead of making decisions regarding hardware, we make thorough performance and compatibility tests. We've been through dozens of different boards, CPU's, ram-types, disks, PSU's etc. before launching new hardware configs.

All configs. have been tested as MTA, SQL, WWW, and NFS servers, both separately, all together and in any imaginable combination.

We have not been able to push any hardware to its absolute limits during normal to high load or operations. Naturally you can bring the server to its knees - all hardware has its limit, but it will take a substantial amount of data-processing, disk I/O and net I/O simultaneously.

We offer 2 options:

1. Do-it-yourself Remote Control Center system at your disposal (included FREE in all packages).
2. Support Ticket System available (FREE trouble-shooting problems that relates to our responsibilities).

Please note that we do not support any software applications sitting in your server.

No. Our concept is to provide standardised hardware configs. to avoid costly labour intensive inventory management. If you in the future need a more powerful server, all you need to do is to order your new server and carry out your migration. Please see "How do I migrate to another server".

We will replace any faulty hardware component or provide you with a new EasySpeedy server at no additional costs.

This is very easy. All you need to do is;

1. Order your new server and install your OS.
2. Add your new server to your Control Center using the "Move Server" feature.
3. Install your Remote Recovery Tool onto your "old" server, mount your disk, and copy your data to the new server.
4. Move your IP's to the new server using the "IP Handling" section of your Remote Control Center.
