How to Cancel

Following is applicable to all EasySpeedy products.

Cancellation can be made up to 1 day prior to renewal. In case you want to cancel, just do following;

• Log into your Control Center.
• Submit a ticket pointing at the server you wish to cancel and state your preferred termination date.

Receiving your cancellation will result in an e-mail confirmation where we acknowledge your cancellation, and announcement of the termination time/date stamp.

Reasons for not acknowledging your cancellation could be that your account is overdue. In that case, you will need to pay us what you owe, before we will accept your cancellation.

If You Change Your Mind...

Should you, for some reason, change your mind, wanting to keep the server you have canceled, you can reverse the entire cancellation process by hitting a button in your Control Center. Your server will be completely intact and you can just take it into use again and pay the auto-generated invoice.

Of course, this applies to servers which has not passed the final termination date. The golden rule is; if you can see your server listed in the Control Center, you can have it back.

How We Handle Your Server after Termination

It is important for both parties that when we hand out your server to a new customer, it should be nice and clean. This is what our automated systems do;

• Collects all hardware information from the server.
• Initiate several ways of erasing data from the disks.
• Run various extensive burn-in tests.
• Installs multiple operating systems several times.
• Generate a report stating if the server is ready to be handed to a new customer or not.

Following these procedures, you can be absolutely sure that your data is completely gone.

If you are the one to take over this server, you can be absolutely sure, that you will not encounter any problems with the server.
