Our Pricing Policy is Plain Sailing

We strongly believe that no customer should be favored over another. It means that we do not offer any rebates, bulk, low-entry prices to new customers and the like. Consequently, you can be absolutely sure that your are paying the exact same amount of money for the exact same services as every one else. We find this fair!

Equal Pricing for ALL Customers

Your pricing cannot be increased. It will remain the same as when you signed up.

If we, for some reason, decide to lower our prices you will automatically benefit from such lower pricing - instantly. You will not need to worry if you are paying more for the same services than other customers are paying. Thanks to our automation systems it takes care of such price reductions on a globally scale, adjusting your next invoice.

Are You Looking for Budget Servers?

If so, you have come to the wrong place. Our services are offered at a price which corresponds to the quality we deliver, and we do not make compromises.

What Happens when You Order?

Your order goes into our ordering queue to meet our validation criteria. Once approved you will have your server, provided we are in stock. If we are out of stock on the selected server type (dedicated servers), we will contact you with suggestions on other available server models.

Delivery of Your Server

Delivery takes place immediately after you have passed our validation successfully. Like most serious providers, our validation systems checks a number of parameters to verify your identity and your business. We accept approximately 65% of all incoming orders. Orders rejected are often subject to either suspicion of fraud, or suspicion of businesses using applications that could harm our network.

If accepted, you will get your welcome mail in your e-mail mailbox with all necessary temporary credentials to get you started.

Our Stock is Available at All Times

As soon as we receive batches of dedicated servers, they are being rack-mounted and connected to the Internet. Various extensive burn-in tests are initiated and all versions of the operating systems we offer are automatically being loaded. This way you can be absolutely sure, that your server is functioning as it should - from day one. The very same procedure applies to your new server if it's being a recycled one.

If You Change Your Mind and Want to Cancel

It's easy to cancel for whatever reason.

  • If you change your mind before delivery, just mail account@easyspeedy.com and ask for a cancellation.
  • If you change your mind after delivery, just submit a support ticket and ask for a cancellation at least one day prior to renewal.

There is no need to compose a letter, sign it and send it via regular mail to our registered address. No need to copy your passport, identity card, credit card or any other personal papers. No need to fax anything.

Just submit a ticket - That's all the validation we need as your Control Center is secured via your login credentials and SSL.

Your Contract Length

1 (one) month at a time. This goes for all our products and services regardless of your payment method and pre-payment cycle.

Migrating to Another EasySpeedy Server?

Do it whenever it fits into your schedule. Any remaining funds attached to your "old" server will - automatically - be transferred to your new server.

Leaving Customers Say...

Thanks for the acknowledgement.

We are cancelling because we no longer have a requirement for an offsite backup.  The service we receive from easyspeedy has been great and I'd be happy to reccomend if we had such a requirement again.
