Pay for More Servers on one Bank Transfer

You may pay for all of your servers on one bank transfer provided you mention the payment ID for each server and the amount for the individual server on the bank transfer voucher.

Bank Charges with Bank Transfers

We find it fair that our customers pay for the bank charges in their own bank. Please make sure that you are charged for these bank charges when creating your payment advice with your bank.

Leaving Customers Say...

Hello again,

and thanks for your prompt reply!

The main reason is a restructuring of our server roster from physical servers to virtual ones and SaaS based solutions. As a consequence, there were no need for this server unit anymore. We evaluated your offering (using your high performance servers as a virtualization platform), but this time opted for a different operator with a more cost-effective solution. But, keep us posted on the developments in your offerings in the future.

The server itself was proven to be even surprisingly stable considering the price ( not a single hardware fault in 4 years ). Also the network and infrastructure was ok most of the time (you seemingly got it sorted after the hiccups earlier on).
