I Received A New Credit Card From my Bank

With your new credit card at hand you should go into your Control Center and activate the "Accounting" section. From here you can update your credit card information with your credit card number, expiry date and CVC code.

We Do NOT Keep Your Credit Card Info on File

Due to Danish law, we as Merchants, are not allowed to hold your credit card information. For security reasons this is all taken care of by our National Danish Payment Gateway. Entering your credit card information during sign-up, or changing your credit card information at all times just creates a payment reference between us and our Payment Gateway.

Unable to Pay for Your Server on Time?

There can be several reason as to why you are unable to manage to get your payment through to us on time. The solution could be to choose a different payment method. You can view our payment option in the "Accounting" section of your Control Center.

You can take advantage of our upcoming payment insurance which give you ample time to fix the payment issue.

You can open a ticket from your Control Center and let our staff know that you have a payment issue.

Leaving Customers Say...

My experience with easyspeedy has been satisfactory. My requirement throughout has been for a server with a dedicated IP address. When I opened my account, a dedicated server appeared to be the only way to achieve this. I am now moving to a VPS that also provides a dedicated IP address, but at a fraction of the cost.

Many thanks for your service these past years,
All the best,

Craig
