Trouble-Shooting Credit Card Payment Failures

Based on experience, most frequent reasons are;

  • Your credit card has expired.
  • You have made a typo while entering your credit card information.
  • Lack of funds on the credit card.
  • Your credit card is not supported by our Payment Gateway.
  • Your new credit card information has not been entered in the "Accounting" section of your Control Center.
  • Your credit card issuer or bank is blocking the transaction for reasons such as; reached credit limit, credit card cannot be used outside the region where it has been issued or the card cannot be used for recurring payments.

Change of Payment Method

You can change your payment method yourself in the "Accounting" section of your Control Center - at all times.

Proforma Invoice

A proforma invoice, covering the next service period, is automatically generated when you have paid your invoice. This document serves as a working document and can be viewed and printed directly from your Control Center's "Proforma invoice" list.

Recurring Payments

We will draw the recurring amount on your credit card on the date of your agreed initial payment. If you are paying us by wire (bank) transfer, follow your bank's procedures, and if you are using PayPal our payment email address is payment@easyspeedy.com.

Paying by bank transfer and PayPay requires you to make sure that the amount has reached us on renewal day, at the latest.

Transfer of Funds if You Migrate

If you migrate from one server to another, we will automatically transfer remaining funds from the "old" server to the new one.

Raising a Chargeback

We believe that every single possible payment dispute should be handled amicably between the parties, leaving room for an atmosphere of trust. This has successfully worked for us and our customers for years.

Raising a chargeback is regarded as breach of contract - and more important - betrayal of trust. In such a case we are forced to disconnect your entire account until the case has been settled.
