Payment by Credit Card is Automated

When you sign up for your server using your credit card as a payment method, you agree to letting us draw the amount once a month from your credit card. The agreement is in force until you cancel your server.

Your Payment will Show as a Reservation on Your Bank Statement

According to Danish law, we are not allowed to draw any money from your credit card until the server has been delivered. When you have signed up for a server your bank makes a reservation on your bank account to make sure that the amount is available at the point of delivery. This information will show up on your bank statement usually as an entry marked "Authorized".

If the delivery for some reason will not take place either as a result of a rejection or your free choice to change your mind, the reservation will be lifted in a few days by your bank, in accordance with it's policies.

If You Signed up for the Wrong Server

If you have signed up for the wrong server or you have just changed your mind about your server choice you will need to sign up all over again. We cannot make any manual alterations to your order. Our order system is fully automated and integrated with the credit card payment method and hence it would only cause errors to manually intervene. Of course your first order will be deleted. You just have to let us know.
