Duration of the Billing Cycle
You will always pay for our services in advance. If you want to pay by credit card you will have a billing cycle of 1 month. If you pay by PayPal or Bank Transfer you may choose from 3, 6 or 12 months. The contract length will follow the billing cycle.
The Billing Cycle is not Prorated
The contract between EasySpeedy and yourself starts when the server has been delivered to you. You will not be asked to pay for a prorated amount of time. So if you are on a 1 month contract you will be billed on renewal date 1 month later - no prorating surprises.
At the Point of Payment
When you have paid and your transaction has been registered by our systems you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received your payment. The corresponding invoice will be generated and will be available in the accounting section of your Control Center. A new proforma invoice holding the service period and the amount for the upcoming payment will be generated and will be displayed in the accounting section of your Control Center.
Migrate to Another Server
You do not need to plan your migration to another server model. You can order your new server in the middle of your current server's billing cycle as the value of the remainder of the billing cycle is transferable to your new server.
Cancelling a Server
Your server will be queued for cancellation to take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not cut the billing cycle short and refund the value.
