Tired of complex, incomprehensive contracts?

• If you experience any problems with the server hardware, it's our responsibility.
• If you experience any problems with your operating system, software or applications within your server, it's your responsibility.

Your rights and obligations

1. You agree to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
2. You get your own dedicated EasySpeedy server(s) - no sharing.
3. You have full root (SSH) access to your server(s).
4. You, and you solely, have access to your server(s).
5. You can use your server(s) and install any software at your choice as you please as long as it is legal.
6. You are responsible for any operating system and software application(s) on your server.
7. You may use any remote Recovery Tools included in your package.
8. You are responsible for handling your domain names.
9. You may not perform ANY malicious activities using our services. See our AUP.
10. You are 100% responsible for any, and all activity coming from your IP address.
11. You may not use the server(s) for high bandwidth utilisation, unless you are paying for a dedicated line.
12. You may not transfer this agreement to any third party.

Terms of Services, Billing, and Payment

1. The service is valid for 1 month at a time, unless otherwise stated.
2. Provided you have paid the service will automatically renew itself.
3. Valid cancellation of your server should be submitted via your Control Center. You may cancel up to one (1) day prior to renewal date.
4. Refunds will be given in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Management.
5. In case of malicious activities, we will disconnect your server at our choice. See our AUP.
6. You may change your payment method at all times to any payment methods offered by us.
7. Your invoices are viewable, and printable from your Control Center at all times.
8. Prepayment of 12 month of services will waive the setup fee. This applies to all our services.
9. If you are using credit card, we will automatically draw the recurring amount on the date of your initial payment.
10. If you are using PayPal you are responsible for transferring appropriate funds to cover your service fee at all times.
11. If you are using Bank Transfer you are responsible for transferring appropriate funds to cover your service fee at all times.
12. We will draw the recurring amount on your credit card on the date of your agreed initial payment. If you are paying us by wire (bank) transfer, follow your bank's procedures.

Our obligations and rights

1. We own, without exception, all hardware installed in our highly secure data center, and which is made available to you.
2. We will have no knowledge of your password or userID, and as a consequence thereof we have no access to your server.
3. We are responsible for the server hardware, and will replace spare parts, or offer you a new server at no additional cost.
4. We are responsible for our network infrastructure.
5. We guarantee that our services are performed in accordance with industry standards.
6. We do not guarantee that our services are error free.
7. We do not guarantee that all advertised operating systems are available for auto-install at all times due to updating and maintenance.
8. We are responsible for maintaining the data center infrastructure.
9. If applicable, all maintenance and service jobs will be performed between 22.00 and 06.00 GMT+1.
10. We cannot be held responsible for:
    1. your choice of operating system(s), software, applications or configuration(s)
    2. your or any third party actions that destroys your data, operating system, software, applications or configurations
    3. any loss of any data whatsoever
    4. any server-downtime
    5. your possible actions violating national or community laws or directives of the European Union, nor any international laws or conventions.
11. We maintain and control the ownership of all IP addresses and we reserve the right to change or remove any IP address.
12. We are logging all network activity at all times, and at all levels, and we are saving this information for as many days as we consider appropriate.
13. We guarantee that your private information is treated confidentially, and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Any dispute between you and us is to be governed by Danish law and should be executed by the Maritime and Commercial court in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Our AUP are divided into 2 sections. The first section concerns your adhering to the Laws of Denmark and the second section is expressing our company's strong guidelines of keeping our network clean at all times.

Violations of Danish Laws can lead to legal actions on our part and to possible immediate termination of your account without any prior notice. Violation of Danish Laws include but is not limited to;

• Drugs
• Terrorism
• Phishing
• ID Theft
• Hacking
• Cracking
• DDoS
• Forgery
• Spam
• Copyright Infringement

Violation of our company policies regarding your acceptable use include, but is not limited to;

• IRC
• Proxy
• TOR
• NNTP
• Open Relay
• Proxy Hijack
• ROKSO Blacklisting
• SORBS Blacklisting
• Spamhaus Blacklisting
• Scanning of Network(s)
• Shells
• Warez
• Web Spider

Violation will lead to immediate disconnection of our services without any prior notice.
