1) Do-it-yourself Support - Remote Control Center
Most problems regarding hardware and operating system issues can be solved remotely by yourself!
No need to wait for us to complete a reboot, a hardware reset, lock-out of firewall,
re-installation
of OS, and much more.
With your web based EasySpeedy Remote Control Center you have full hands-on control of your
server,even if it goes offline.

2) Ticket System available
The fastest way to get support is to submit a ticket via your Control Center.
When submitting a ticket you have the extended option to address following EasySpeedy departments directly; Hardware, Network, Control Center, Billing and Sales.
Support is free of charge and all support issues are handled by EasySpeedy in-house employees.

Remote Control Center you will be using for hands-on controlling you server on a remote basis has
been developed by EasySpeedy engineers. The
Remote Control Center is NOT installed onto your server, but has
it's own powerful hardware including CPU, RAM,
disks, operating system, LAN, and network connection. This is the reason why you can still access your
server even if it is crashed.
